La gianduia arriva da furi regione, precisamente da Torino ed è un impasto di cioccolato a base di cacao e nocciola. Mi piace informarmi sempre sulla provenienza di ciò che si mangia, mi fa apprezzare i dolci, e i cibi in generale, ancora di più. Che dire, la gianduia ho imparato ad apprezzarla da grande e adesso la adoro in tutte le sue forme.
